Routine or project enquiry
Use this form, the dedicated service email or the dedicated routine telephone number. These DSC-controlled routes are for technical consultancy, startup advice and retained leadership; they are not monitored for urgent incident response.
Active cyber incident
Use the separate incident support route. It shows whether a dedicated line is enabled, who operates it, its stated coverage and the official alternatives. Do not put active incident details in this form.
Need discretion?
Give only a safe reply address, an optional safe callback number and time, and say that the matter is sensitive. This form is delivered to a restricted DSC-controlled mailbox as ordinary email: it is protected in transit but is not end-to-end encrypted or legally privileged. An NDA with Dead Simple Computing Ltd and a more suitable channel can be agreed before details are shared.
