Tools
Tools
These run entirely in the browser. Nothing entered is sent to this site or held on any server. The day counter keeps your entries in your own browser so you can return to them; the other two keep nothing at all. Each one computes or structures, and none of them advises.
The three tools
-
Residence day counter
Counts days of UK presence against the published counting rule and shows the statutory residence test thresholds beside your count. It does not determine residence.
-
Family security index
A structured self-assessment across ten areas of a family's digital arrangements, scored in the browser.
-
Payment verification protocol
A one-page procedure for verifying payment instructions and bank detail changes, ready to print and adopt.
Beyond the tools
The guides set out the published rules and practical operations these tools draw on. Where a family wants the personally led equivalent rather than a self-serve one, that is the family cyber review for the security side and continuity mapping for the succession side.
